Shift and cursor keys suddenly stopped working

Hi Folks,
Shift and cursor keys suddenly stopped working. The only way I could make them work again was by restarting KDE. If that happens again, it means I need to restart my KDE every once in a while which makes the whole desktop environment unstable. Any idea why it happened? How to prevent it? How to fix it when it happens? |

What did you do before this happened? Which exact Plasma version and distribution?
FWIW: this never happened to me, could it be a hardware issue? EG. dust can cause quite some problems in a keyboard
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
