Non-System title bar and borders use Breeze theme

When setting Chromium or Firefox to not use the system title bar and borders / hide title bar, somehow the breeze theme is used for the button theme. I think I remember it using the right theme on XFCE, so it should not be an issue with chromium or firefox.

In System Settings -> Appearance -> Application Style -> Gnome/GTK Application Style, did you set both GTK2 and GTK3 to an explicit different style?


Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
