Hi,

It's been a while now since I can't get new themes, styles, fonts, etc from "system settings". After clicking the "Get New ...." ("Global Themes" for example) I receive the same message saying "Loading of providers from file: https://autoconfig.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml failed".

I did found some posts related to such issue, but I can't see any solution that works. This has been happening for about a year new. Latest things I remember trying are:
1. Downloading that .xml file and put it in a local httpd server I configured in my fedora. Then, point the software to go get the providers file from "http://localhost...".
2. Rename the ~/.kde/share/apps/knewstuff3 to something else and logout/in from the session. It was supposed to recreate the folder but it didn't.
3. Removing any other desktop enviornment I had around like gnome and cinnamon.
4. Upgrading fedora (to 31 and since last tuesday 28/04/2020 to 32).

Additinoal info:
Operating System: Fedora 32
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.13.2
Kernel Version: 5.6.7-300.fc32.x86_64
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz
Memory: 31,1 GiB of RAM

Can anyone please point me to the right direction on how to fix this or what to look for? I've been copying/pasting solutions without understanding what they really were and I still can't understand what may be failing or how to fix it.

Thank you very much.
Seb
