I am really sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place. I just need to know how I can set the default window decoration/theme and plasma splash screen for all users. For example, I have made a custom theme and installed it in my computer. When I create a new user and log into that account, the splash screen after logging in should be the one I set previously and not the default Kde Splash screen. Please help me out with this. Thanks
