Hi guys, I'm looking for a tool that can draw on the screen.
I found Mouse Mark in SystemSetting>>DesktopEffetcts but I cannot change the drawing shortcut (the default is shift+meta) thanks. |

You can always change shortcuts or add an alternate one, provided it is not already in use elsewhere.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

you're right, but in KWin shortcuts I can only change 'Clear All Mouse Marks' and 'Clear Last Mouse Mark' and I cannot change Drawing shortcut which it is 'Shift+Meta' |

You can always make a feature request, but Shift + Meta was chosen because those can be held very easily with one hand, since you need the other hand to draw, it makes little sense to change that.

Would also like to rebind this, since Meta + Shift is used with other modifiers.
This makes it so that I draw unnecessary lines on the screen if I'm moving the mouse while pressing a shortcut. |
