I am have a dual monitor setup. My xrandr -q output looks like:

I don't find anything suspicious here.
My issue is that the screen edges are detected only in the primary display. Because of this, i cannot use screen edges it position the application in the secondary display. Also, double clicking on title bar to maximize or minimize an application, moves the application to the primary display automatically. Thus, the only way I can position an application to occupy the full size of the secondary display is to manually drag to window borders.
