As of Plasma 5.19, I can't change the setting to open HTTP links in applications based on their content anymore.

For example, to open a image linked in weechat in Gwenview instead of Firefox. The link would look like https://example.com/image.jpg

This is what it looked like in Plasma 5.18.5


In Plasma 5.19, there is no such setting anymore. How can I configure it again?
