Taskbar Settings are not saved

I'm new to KDE Plasma & Linux, I just switched over from XFCE.

Every time I startup, the system tray and the clock keep getting shifted over to the left of the taskbar. I have to manually change the placement to the right each time I startup.

What needs to be done to keep the placement saved?
