The mouse cursor follows the pen correctly, however when I click on the screen there is an offset between the cursor and the position the click is recognized.
I have a convertible Laptop with a touch screen and stylus / pen support. I've set global scaling to 125%. This offset changes with the size of the window, the smaller the window the bigger the offset. In Krita, drawing works fine while interacting with the UI does not. I got the same problem. FIrefox and chrome work fine, but all the KDE apps are completely unusable when global scale is set.

Which is pretty useless unless you specify your exact setup (distribution, exact Plasma version, X or Wayland, Graphical system, etc)
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
