I cannot turn off KDE power management for my laptop permanently. Since sleep is not a possible option I try to disable everything by checking the option of "do nothing". But if I don't manuyally untick the 'Enable power management option' it will automatically enabled in every restart and after some times it put my computer into a unresponsive state.

How do you restart your computer? Please also state your distribution and exact Plasma version.
