I've switched from Gnome to KDE Plasma on F27. What are some of the customization that you do to enhance usability and productivity.

For instance is there a way to add the ability to move and rearrange windows using keyboard shortcuts (eg. super + left/right on Gnome)?

What are your favorite features in KDE?

Try starting System Settings > Shortcuts > KWIN...
And yes... there are a shirtload amount of options available for what you're asking!
And my fav... is borderless windows!
