Better keyboard shortcuts in the system settings?

KDE has recently become my new favorite desktop environment, but the only thing that I've found it lacks is a way to navigate the system settings with keyboard shortcuts. Most DEs allow you to navigate the settings with the arrow keys, which I usually remap to the vim keys with a third party program like autohotkey. I've found though that while the arrow keys/tab keys sometimes will partially navigate the KDE settings, they don't work very often or very well. Is there a plugin or other method to get these to work better? Thanks in advance.
