Is there a command to change the global scale that can be found in Display Configuration?

I need this is because for some reason this scale gets reset every time I boot my computer. I assume there is some conflict with XFCE since I use some KDE and Qt apps under an XFCE desktop. I installed kde-plasma-desktop in order to access the global scale setting through systemsettings5 so that my apps appear normal on my hi-dpi screen.
