I have my panels set to "Always visible".

Whenever my monitors has been turned off and i turn them on, the applications go _under_ the panels. I then have to right click on each panel, edit panel and just close it without doing any changes. Then the applications are not under the given panel anymore.

This issue also happens after sleep or lock screen.

Anyone have any experience with this bug and how to fix it?
