Hi there,
I'm using kde plasma 5.14.5 on mx linux on a usb stick. I'd like to add some custom shortcuts, namely to get around my seeming inability to change the screen brightness on my dell laptop with it. What I'd like to do is use a bash script (https://github.com/philippnormann/xrand ... script.git) and call it using the brightness fn keys on my keyboard. I can successfully map these keys to call the script using the khotkeys package but I can't figure out how to invoke the script with arguments using khotkeys. What's the recommended way to enable custom shortcuts on KDE these days? Thanks! |

Though if it helps anyone else, I was able to work around this by creating two wrapper scripts which supply the required arguments to the original script I wanted to call.
