[UPDATE: Can't reproduce reliably. Restarting restored the menu behavior, and I reset focus stealing to default.]

I set focus stealing prevention to extreme and now the KDE menu instantly minimizes after opening if all other windows are minimized and won't open at all if all windows are minimized.

How can I reset to the default window stealing prevention state from the command line, at least without removing all my settings with rm -r?
