I replaced kde4-kdm-branding-openSUSE with kde4-kdm-branding-upstream and now I'm trying to use Login Manager in System Settings to change to the Oxygen theme. But instead I get some generic looking theme. The only other theme listed is called Circles. I tried that one just to see if it's a theme problem or a wider problem. That theme didn't work either so I don't know why I can't get a theme to work in KDM. I could use some help.[hr]
Never mind. I managed to change it by using the YAST->System->/etc/sysconfig Editor. In the Editor you want to look for Desktop->Display manager->DISPLAYMANAGER_KDM_THEME Change the entry from SUSE to oxygen and that should do it. This should work for any other theme in the /usr/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes folder. The oxygen theme is located at /usr/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes/oxygen.

Assuming this thread is solved, could you please add [SOLVED] to the start of the subject? Thanks.
