hallo / hoi / bon dia / hej

i had initially used Falkon as browser.
yet i switched to Firefox as default several weeks ago.
hence in Plasma System Settings > Applications > Default Applications > Web browser
i selected Firefox

BUT
clicking a link (KRunner, Kmail,...) still launches Falkon

how to REALLY make Firefox my default browser
?
