How to fix broken fonts on Debian?

I have issue with pixelish render of fonts in KDE on main user.

But on other user it seems ok.

I tried to restore to defaults, change to other font's style, but it didn't help.
Debian 10
KDE 5.14.5

I fixed it by removing and adding user.
