I like the default panel tooltips when you hover over the icon in the task manager, however when there are way too many windows open, I prefer the way Windows handles it by only showing the text of the window titles instead of the way Plasma does, which is by making the thing scrollable. Is there any way to change the behavior of the tooltips?

This is the scrollbar I'm talking about, is there any way to trigger a more 'compact' mode when the number of windows exceeds the space available, instead of making it scrollable
