Plasma (5.24.3) has ability to zoom in or zoom out desktop with meta + '=' and meta + '-'. Easy, but in my country keyboard layout has '=' button '0' with shift-button. So, when I zoom out, it takes two buttons meta + '-'. But if I zoom in, it takes three buttons meta + shift + '0'. The last '0' with shift is '='. Not ergonomically good. Both functions should be successful with 2 keys or both with 3 keys.

Please change this to working ergonomically equally.

Have you tried changing the shortcut to just meta+'0' in system settings?

Then you should be able to zoom in and out by pressing only two keys.
