Hello, when I disable all effects in Kde Plasma 5.24, it turns the menu and other parts of the environment translucent, when you go to restart or shutdown, that screen is also translucent. Do you know how to avoid this? other than activating the effects, I just want to work without any effects.

Will there be any kwin text file at least from where to modify this?

I presume you disabled the translucency in the Desktop Effects already and restarted Plasma.
Which global theme and/or plasma style do you use? Some themes do have translucency as default, independent from the desktop effects.
