Unable to add custom shortcuts

Thu Jul 07, 2022 2:15 am
Hi All,

I used to be able to add custom shortcuts by opening System Settings → Custom Shortcuts. But now there's no option for me to do that anymore. Here's a screenshot.

Here's my system info:

Code: Select all
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.95.0
Qt Version: 5.15.5
Kernel Version: 5.15.52-1-lts (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 8 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz
Memory: 15.4 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® Xe Graphics
Manufacturer: LENOVO
Product Name: 20XY0023US
System Version: ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 6

I have khotkeys and kmenuedit installed. (I already tried reinstalling them, and it didn't change anything.)

Thanks in advance

I believe that in wayland the setting isn't there. If I recall correctly, you just need to add an application in the shortcut window.

This realm's name is Maya. And she speaks Hertz. But Ahamkara makes a fuzz about it.
