Hi, I'm pretty new to Linux. KDE Neon 5.37 in particular. I have been distro-jumping a bit, but I think I have found "my" distro! Great work guys!

A time ago I had configured Linux to show the (start) menu when hovering over it. I don't remember what distro it was. Probably Mint or Fedora. Been googling "hover" and "menu", withour any luck so I turn to this forum...
