Reopening the bug would probably be recommended, although it would probably be best if you tested on Trunk to see if you can reproduce.

Okay, how can I test trunk packages? Do I need to upgrade the whole KDE to trunk or just powerdevil?

Powerdevil is now part of KDE ( As of KDE 4.2 ) so you will likely need to upgrade to trunk completely.

Okay, I want to avoid a full upgrade/hacking/downgrade/hacking because I have a lot of work. I'll report it on http://bugs.kde.org. I hope somebody confirms it, or least informs me about the fix.
