when you scroll in konqueror with the mouse wheel

in kde 3 the display jumps instantly to the next position when the mouse wheel goes past a point

in kde 4 the display slides smoothly when the mouse wheel goes past a point

is there way to make scrolling in kde 4 behave like kde 3 ?

Konqueror > Settings > Configure Konqueror > Web Browsing > Appearence > General.

Under Miscellaneous, there is an option "Smooth Scrolling", setting it to "Never" should get the desired result.
