This is because more than one actions are available for the device. An editor for these has been added to KDE 4.3 ( Shameless self plug ) which will allow you to remove them easily.

Unless you want to try remove a system file.
Remove the file $KDEDIR/share/apps/solid/actions/digikam-opencamera.desktop then run kbuildsycoca4.

It would have been nice, if during the first time the device is accessed ie on mounting time the popup menu with digikam is shown and on subsequent accesses its opened with dolphin
