Hi,
i use the geometry tab in the window behaviour - window-specific tab of systemsettings to specify the position of some windows. I want to adjust a window to the right bottom corner. How do i do that? The normal Xorg nomenclature -0,-0 doesn't work unfortunately. Thanks. |

Position = ,
Negative coordinates in X have always been off the top-left of the screen. |

This is not what i'm looking for since it only works if you know the windowsize beforehand. If you want to place an image viewer, whose size depends on the size of the image it does not give the desired result. > Negative coordinates in X have always been off the top-left of the screen. If i issue the command: xev -geometry "-10-0" i get an xev window 10 pixels from right border und 0 pixels from the bottom one. I'd like to know if i could do the same with the window-matching feature. Thanks. |
