In the QT4 Settings program included with Kubuntu, there is an option to enable GUI affects(fade-in menus, etc.). Unfortunately, enabling these GUI affects only applies to "pure" QT4 applications - KDE applications aren't affected. Since the KDE libraries inherit the QT4 classes, I assume that this functionality exists. Therefore, how can I enable GUI affects for KDE4 applications in addition to my "pure" QT4 applications? I haven't found an option for this anywhere in System Settings...
Note: I'm not referring to the Desktop, Plasma or application-specific affects such as those used in Dolphin. The QT4 GUI affects apply for menus, combo boxes, and tooltips.
