If one uses the Kickoff Application Launcher (KAL) and goes into submenus (Like Application - Internet) we get that back arrow on left side of the Launcher menu.
Unfortunately, there is a small screens space between the area of the back arrow area and the screen's edge, which is not part of the back arrow area. Since this makes a precise "targeting" of the back arrow area a must and a bit difficult to click for me. Is this intentional? Is it possible to change that?

I was not able to reproduce that on Trunk. It has likely been fixed.

Yeah, this has been fixed. In trunk, if Kickoff is placed leftmost in the panel, the left side of the border isn't shown and thus there is no gap anymore.
