After a crash in my panel not all icon's are displaying

-Quicklaunch all are "?" except qps, adding apps give more "?"
-Lancelot is a "?" if I use the goblet but fine is I use the "start here" icon
Device Notifier is a "?"
System Tray kde notifier is a "?"

But when I hover over the "?" the proper icon and app name pops up

Tried restarting kde and brought back plasma rc's (actually entire .kde4 directory) from backup but it did not help

If I open a new quick launch the 2 default icons display properly but not those added there are problematic in the panel BUT other app icons do show properly when added to quicklaunch AND those app icon display properly if added directly to the panel

resolved - when I tried to reinstall the rpm with quicklaunch I noticed that openSuse had renamed kde4-plasma-addons to plasma-addons (or such) and I had done a kde update this morning so it appears something did not work as it was supposed with the renamed module
