Hi.. How can I make apps in super user mode to use the custom theme/icons I have set instead of the kde default?

in Ubuntu I ran this command: sudo ln -s ~/.themes /root && sudo ln -s ~/.icons /root

However I am now using kde4 and opensuse and not sure how to accomplish this..

KDE is very sensitive to file ownership and permissions so an approach such as symlinking configuration files and folders will likely cause many problems.

Which applications do you use as Super User? It may be possible to remedy them in KDE 4.4 thanks to the new Authentication framework.
