more icons for a file

It should be very useful to assign for example at the files .avi one icon for adventures movie another for telefilm and another one for example to porno movie. In GNOME there are emblems. I am using them at work for setting the status of my pdf documents as read, printed ... I am not sure whether this technique is implemented in KDE4. If not, I think it would be a nice feature. Cheers, m.
