thinkpad hotkey is not usable

Hallo, I've configured hotkey FN + F2 in SystemSetting to Lockscreen, but when I press keys then nothing will do

If you logout, then back in again does the behaviour change?
Also, if you use the default shortcut does that work?
Finally, if you associate the hotkey to a shortcut known to work, does it work then?

Another shortcut known to work is one such as Ctrl + Alt + A or something like that. If that does not work when assigned to the shortcut that will not work, then it is a bug that needs to be filed at bugs.kde.org

I've reported it, I have KDE two days, but I found a lot of bugs, It's annoying
