How to change menu selection color/style?

Is there an option I'm missing to change either oxygen or qtcurve's config to change the flat gray menu selection? I posted a pic of the desktop right click menu. The part I'm referring to is the "Create New" and "Folder" selections. I would like to have the qtcurve shiny glass style.
