Changing icons color don 't work

Guys how can I change my icons to gree, I tried changing on kde and I got this --> http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/8994/snapshot1lu.png

What exactly are you trying to achieve?

The icons in that screenshot are Green as you described.

You can find the control panel for customising icons like that in System Settings > Appearance > Icons.

I want only the folders and actions to be green, not "non"-kde icons (such as firefox,amarok...)

Unfortunately the colouring is applied to all icons. You will need to retrieve the appropriate *.png files, change them as desired and place them over the originals.
