Cursor app loading icon

I am running Kmint x66 so KDE 4.x
When I click on program instead of a mini bouncing icon (like in Kubuntu) of the program I just started, I get a hideous box with the programs icon that has a strobe light behind it. How do I make this go back to the bouncing icon? |

The setting can be found in System Settings > Desktop > Launch Feedback. Change "Blinking Cursor" to "Bouncing Cursor"
