My KDE 4.4 desktop froze at boot and now lost its settings

everest Registered Member Posts 90 Karma 0 OS	My KDE 4.4 desktop froze at boot and now lost its settings Sat Apr 24, 2010 2:40 am I was trying to open up my home folder via the desktop plasma widget on FC11 while the system as still booting up and it locked up my desktop to the point where it froze completely. I had to hard reboot and when I got back in the desktop my old desktop was not there... it had been replaced by a new desktop that had the default wallpaper. Also the taskbar seems to be "locked" as I can not add any icons to it. Any ideas?
