Im using the new KDE 4.4.2 and my taskbar disapeared in my previous version, currently just using widgets, any help would be appreciated

You might need to re-add it. Right-click on the desktop and click "add panel". That shouldn't happen, though.

Thank for the suggestion, but not talking about the panel. My taskbar (Bar usually at bottom of the screen), with launcher, etc is missing.

The panel has launcher, taskbar, desktop switcher, system try, clock etc. You need that first. Then you can add the taskbar, or anything else that's missing.
