Changing panel font color

How can i change the panel font color?
I mean the color of the icons name...
Where can i set it?

Now that's how my panel looks like: white font on white wallpaper...

As far as I am aware, this isn't possible as it is under the Plasma theme which is in use's control.

I did it!

system settings --> advanced --> desktop theme details --> color scheme (some of them have black fonts)
