Allow widgets screensaver issue

Fri Aug 20, 2010 12:21 am
Hi all been a long time Gnome user and let me say that KDE 4.4 is awesome :) Something I never could have in Gnome is an analog clock during screensaver and now I can with KDE due to allowing widgets during screensaver. However I have experienced some burn in on the screen as I had chosen 'black screen' with analog clock widget. After running a white screen this was resolved. During screensaver there appears to be 2 layers of the clock (2 clocks), one being affected by the screensaver (which I need) and the other layer unaffected. I can't seem to configure this and hoping someone may have tried and succeeded in the past. Thanks
