KDE help tooltips are not "Oxygen-ied"?

In KDE 4.5, a new feature was added to the oxygen theme to make tooltips (the ones that come up when you over something) look nice and modern.

However I noticed that the help tooltips still look the same rectangular blue, with a weird hatched shadow (which I think the hatched shadow even appears with compositing enabled). I'm talking about the tooltips you get when you click on the help button on the top of the window and click on a button or something that has a built in description.

Should I file this as a bug, or feature request, or brainstorm idea?

I guess a bug, probably.
