Meta-info in information panel/tooltip of Dolphin

Strigi has to be disabled? i don't see the menu options to disable it in system settings (USE flag semantic-desktop disabled) Do i need to enable Semantic-desktop, recompile KDE and then disable Strigi and Nepomukl to get this behavior?
