Disable kdialog notification

Thu Oct 07, 2010 4:35 am
OS: openSUSE 11.3
KDE 4.5.1

I need to lockdown user's profile. This machine should work as a Kiosk. For that configured panel and set u-w on plasma*rc files so user cannot modify panel and desktop settings. And when I login I receive this window
Image
and have to press enter to continue login process.
How can I disable this notification window ?

You need to look at the KDE Techbase ( techbase.kde.org ) System Administrator documentation on creating a Kiosk. Essentially, this involves making all keys in the configuration file immutable.

As a result, KDE will not follow any settings in local user files that are immutable in the system wide configuration.
