In what folder I can find plasma themes, windows themes?

In /usr/share/themes are only GTK themes.

Plasma-themes are placed in .kde/share/apps/desktopthemes (or systemwide, something like /usr/share/kde4/apps/desktoptheme/ I say 'like' since different distros may put them in different places. That's where openSuse stores them at any rate).

Windows themes depends on what windeco you use. Auororae ones are stored in .kde/share/apps/aurorae/themes

(.kde may also be different, but for Ubuntu that's what it should be).

OpenSUSE 11.4, 64-bit with KDE 4.6.4
