A few days ago I clean-installed Kubuntu 10.04, then upgraded it to 10.10, with KDE 4.5.
I can't seem to get keyboard shortcuts working. I can set a shortcut from the menu editor, but after saving, when I type the shortcut combo, the app doesn't launch. I've tried seven or eight different apps with a variety of Ctrl-Shift- and Meta-key combos, but my apps don't launch. When I reopen menu editor, the shortcut is still set. Must be something simple I'm missing. --Nathanael
