minimize/maximize buttons

Well, I would like to see a thumbnail of the window I just minimize at the the taskbar. For now, if I want to "recover" my window I use ALT+Tab keys. Is it possible to have such thumbnails? :z

Thumbnails of windows will be shown if you have 3D effects available when you hover over their entries in the Task Manager.
