Overlay scrollbars

Does anyone know a software, style or whatever for KDE to have overlay scrollbars like in the latest Ubuntu Linux? (http://www.markshuttleworth.com/archives/615)

I don't think there are any styles that do it. There was a Brainstorm suggestion to add it when the idea first popped up: brainstorm.php#idea93900_page1
