After an update to KDE 4.6.5, there are somethings missing from KDE.

My current Qt version is 4.7.3
Did you solve your problem? If so, how? |

I experienced similar when I up'ed to QT 4.8 so I downgraded back to QT 7.4.4 - obviously different cause then you but it was caused by a disconnect in KDE and QT libraries, is a newer version of the QT libs available?
If you create and login as a new/different user does that user experience the issues? |

Running under a different user doesn't change anything. The problem is apparent even on the login screen. I could attemp to downgrade, but if it's too much trouble I will have to wait it out.

Found the problem. The package xserver-xorg-core 2:1.11.0-1 partially broke the binary nvidia driver. I've downgraded back to 2:1.10.4-1 for now, things seem to be back to normal.
