Look&Fell customization on Mac OS?

Hi everyone.

Anybody knows how can i customize the look and feel of KDE apps under mac os without using the systemsettings?

I just found that all settings lives in the ~/Library/Preferences/KDE folder. Although is not that user friendly to configure kde in that way, it works.
